Hit a snag in the road

Hi folks,

It seems I've hit a little bump on the way to finishing the book, so we're going to have to deal with a little delay. But that's okay, because I'm (mostly) back on track and getting work done. 7/26/13 is going to be pushed to September most likley, but I hope to be done before that.

Weekly Character: Y'lar

This is Y'lar. He is our hero, and a friggin' emotional mess for a long time. He has some tough decisions to make and some people to apologize to, but despite his shortcomings and initial issues, he's a pretty okay dude. I like him, at least.

This is more of a sketch, not really a finished piece (duh, you could easily tell). I drew it on a stupidly delayed flight from Florida to Boston.
